Webhiway Communications Return Policy
Webhiway Communications LLC, (hereafter referred to as Webhiway) will accept returns for refunds or credit under the following conditions:
- Webhiway will accept equipment returns for refunds or credit according to manufacture or provider’s warranties and return policies. Webhiway will not be liable for returns not honored by manufactures warranties or return policies such as caused by abuse, neglect, customer modification, or any other act not specifically covered by manufactures warranties and or return policies. Webhiway will provide manufacture’s return policy and or warranty at customer’s request (Webhiway encourages customer to read and understand manufacture’s before ordering equipment and or services).
- Webhiway will repair or replace used equipment for a period of 30 days after purchase unless equipment is sold “as is” without warranty, there are no other warranties expressed or implied with regard to used equipment.
- Where no other return policy applies, Webhiway will accept new equipment (if returned in new condition and in original packaging with receipt or packing slip) returns for refunds in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona (some electronic products may sold “as is”).
- Webhiway offers no refunds on services other than the provision of said service in accordance with the Webhiway service terms and conditions and or service agreement that applies to service provided (Please read the service terms and conditions for any service you intend to purchase). Webhiway offers no refunds for services rendered (including installation and networking services). All Deposits left over 30 days are subject to forfeiture, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Unpaid balances will accrue interest at the rate of 10% per annum. There is a 30 day repair or replace warrantee on some goods and services.
- There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those listed herein. This document does not supersede any other manufactures warrantee or service agreement.
